The exterior of this 1967 Ford Mustang exudes timeless charm and dynamic appeal. The iconic Mustang design features bold lines, a distinctive front grille, and sleek proportions that stand as a testament to classic American muscle car styling.
This example has been in the owners family since 1985 and the restoration was completed 8 years ago. Every part was replaced, rebuilt or upgraded. The chassis has frame stiffeners and torque boxes welded in while the body work was being done. The fuel inject 289 V8 was built by CD’s engine service and is around 300hp(dyno 248 at the wheels) with long tube headers and Magnaflow dual exhaust, backed with an AOD transmission with 3.83 Auburn locker. The car cruises nicely down the highway with the overdrive transmission. The Mustang is equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes – which is huge upgrade from the factory drums. The car has factory power steering. Other upgrades include Classic Instruments electronic gauges, Painless Performance full wiring harness and fuse panel, 3 point seat belts front and rear, 20 gallon oversized fuel tank, Dynamat and Lizard Skin sound deadening, 17” Torque Thrust aluminum wheels with Nitto tires, lowered suspension, traction control bars and much more.
